Brethren, as we cast our gaze upon the Holy Land, Israel, we're faced with the reality of a world still ensnared in sin, as evidenced by the brazen attack on the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by the treacherous Hezbollah. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12 KJV). This incident is no mere act of political dissidence—it's a symbol of the ongoing battle between good and evil. When 180 projectiles are fired at Israel, as this article reports, it is clear that the forces of darkness continue to assail God's chosen people. Yet, let it be known that Israel stands resilient, its Prime Minister unwavering, echoing the words of our Savior: "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" (John 16:33 KJV). Netanyahu's defiance is not merely a political stance; it is a testament to the indomitable spirit that the Lord instills in those who stand for righteousness. What we witness here is a flagrant example of antisemitism, an unforgivable sin that has plagued humanity since time immemorial. As Scripture declares, "I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed" (Genesis 12:3 KJV). Therefore, we know that those who rise against Israel, rise against the very covenant of the Almighty. In these troubling times when the enemies of peace wield weapons of hate, let us not falter in our resolve to stand with Israel. When they attack a man of God's stature like Netanyahu, they show their cowardice and malice—a clear manifestation of the sin that consumes them. Let us, therefore, don the armor of God as we brace against these perilous days: "Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness" (Ephesians 6:14 KJV). We must support leaders like Netanyahu and stay vigilant against the narratives that seek to vilify the virtuous. Moreover, let us pray for Netanyahu's safety and for Israel's triumph over the sinful oppression of terror groups like Hezbollah. As we do, we fortify the walls of righteousness against the onslaught of iniquity. Remember, the Lord is the ultimate judge, and He will not be mocked. Those who challenge His people face an eternal reckoning beyond the scope of human justice. As conservative Christians, we know all too well the dangers of a world beset by sin. We recognize the need for strong leaders and the defense of nations against evil. Our unwavering support for those who champion biblical values, be it Netanyahu or our own leaders like Trump, is rooted in divine wisdom, not worldly approval. So, dear flock, be not moved by this world's offenses, neither be you faint-hearted. For we are told, "Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee" (Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV). Let this be our guiding light as we navigate these tumultuous times. Amen.
