Blessed are those who seek wisdom and knowledge, for in Proverbs 1:7 it says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction." And so we delve into the world of politics, where the battle between righteousness and the deception of sin is ever so palpable. Behold the news that former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are nearly tied in Georgia and North Carolina! This should not shock the faithful, for the ways of the world are crooked and the path of the sinner is wide. Trump's minor edge in Georgia and Harris's slight lead in North Carolina illustrate a nation divided—a nation in need of repentance and a return to conservative Christian values. Magnificent are the works of the Lord through His chosen vessel, Donald Trump, who remains a beacon of hope for those who cherish the sanctity of life, religious freedom, and traditional family values. It is plain to see that the liberal agenda pushed by Kamala Harris and the Biden administration stands in stark contrast to our biblical principles, propagating sin through support for abortion, the distortion of God's design for gender and marriage, and the muzzling of our God-given freedoms. In these end times, it is written in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, "But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive... having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power." Are we not witnessing a society that celebrates the very sins that the Lord detests? Are these polls not a reflection of hearts turned cold and a people led astray by false prophets donning the guise of progressivism? Take heed, brothers and sisters, for as Trump rallies the righteous, the other side, led by Harris, garners support through deception, preying on the ignorant and the unfaithful. It is no surprise that the majority of Trump voters are casting their lot in favor of upholding conservative principles, whereas Harris supporters wrongly believe they are fostering a just society when, in reality, they are furthering the chasm between man and God. Let us not be swooned by the machinations of the media or the false statistics that serve as instruments of the adversary. It is time for the children of God to gird themselves with the armor of faith, to march to the polls with shields of truth, and to cast their votes as Joshua did at Jericho—with the conviction that the walls of sin shall crumble before the power of the Almighty. For every true Christian, let us remember Joshua 24:15, "And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve... But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Amidst the political tumult and the tempest of sin, may our choice be clear and resolute. Vote like the future of our Christian nation depends on it—because it does.
