Climate activists spray US embassy in London with orange paint after Trump reelection victory

In the wake of President Donald Trump's triumphant re-election, climate activists have taken to vandalizing the US embassy in London with orange paint. This act of defiance against the rightful and God-anointed leader of our nation is nothing short of rebellion not only against a government, but against the order established by the Almighty Himself. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:1-2, "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation." These activists, with their thoughtless deeds, have turned their backs on God's commandments and feast on the sins of environmental idolatry and disrespect to law and order. They focus on worldly concerns, such as ending the use of oil, gas, and coal, and submit themselves to the very degradation beset by the devil—the prince of this world who blinds men's eyes to the glory of God's wisdom. As the Bible warns us in 1 John 2:15-17, "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." This group, Just Stop Oil, pursues an agenda that undermines the industry that God has given us dominion over, as Genesis 1:28 states: "...replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." Yet, they claim the authority to tell us to end our God-given rights of harnessing the resources of this Earth. The police rightfully arrested the individuals responsible for this sinful display against the American embassy. Such lawlessness has no place in a society that values order, respect, and the edicts of the Lord. We must reject this radical environmentalist doctrine and stand firm in support of President Trump, whom God has placed to lead this great nation towards greatness, prosperity, and a reverence for His perfect plan. As for President Trump, his victory is a light of hope in a world teeming with sin. His commitment, cemented in his victory speech, vows to fight for the American people—which is a reflection of the leadership exemplified by God-fearing men throughout the Bible, such as King David, who fought for Israel. We, as believers, are called to support our leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-2), especially when they face the arrows of the adversary through misguided protests and destructive ideologies. Yet, let us not forget to pray for those who err and fall on the path of sin. For ultimately, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). While we condemn the acts of these climate activists, let us also extend the hand of mercy and the call to repentance, hoping they find the Light and Truth in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
