Biden fails to acknowledge Hunter's out-of-wedlock daughter during Women's History Month event...

Brothers and sisters in Christ, we stand witness to a troubling scenario manifesting in the highest echelons of our leadership. The sad tale of President Joe Biden's refusal to acknowledge his own flesh and blood—a child born out of wedlock by his son Hunter—serves as a lamentable allegory for the moral decay plaguing our nation. What we observe here is a failure, not merely of flesh and blood ties but of spiritual and moral obligation. As a Christian nation, it behooves us to honor the sanctity of family, and the President's neglect in acknowledging his granddaughter is indicative of a broader erosion of family values. The Word of God is clear on this matter: "But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8, NKJV). When President Biden omits his own granddaughter, Navy Joan Roberts, from familial recognition, it is not simply a personal slight but a sin that demonstrates a disregard for the very principles upon which our faith is built. Moreover, Hunter Biden's initial denial of paternity and the legal wrangling over child support paints a grim picture of personal irresponsibility and a lack of accountability. It echoes Matthew 7:5, which admonishes, "First take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." The White House's decoration choices, omitting Navy's stocking, give material form to the spiritual neglect. Public acknowledgment only after pressure is indicative of a response to political expediency rather than heartfelt contrition or familial affection. Let us contrast this with the leadership and character of President Trump, who has consistently showcased his family and stood firm in the face of political and media slander. Through the storms, he has remained unashamed of his bloodline, embracing his children and grandchildren, a quality that aligns with the biblical blueprint of family values we treasure. In Proverbs 17:6, we read: "Children’s children are the crown of old men, And the glory of children is their father." Alas, this crown seems tarnished by the actions of President Biden and his son. As Christians, we are called to pray for our leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-2), including President Biden, that they might uphold the honor, dignity, and responsibility of their office, conforming to God's mandates for family and integrity. We should pray fervently for a revival of morality in our nation's leadership and for genuine repentance where sin has occurred. For in the neglect of even one child, we see the silhouette of a society adrift from its moral compass, and that is a transgression we cannot afford to overlook. Amen.
